Trax PCB file name to be converted to
[XRes] X (Horizontal) resolution(Default=1000)
[YRes] Y (Veritical) resolution(Default=1000)
[Attr] 0(D)-Normal 1-XMirror 2-YMirror 4-Negative
[Layer] Protel-PCB layer number[1-13]
[Ratio] Protel-PCB Skew Ratio [-1, 1]
例：已生成1.bmp的黑白图片
bmp2pcb 1.bmp 1.pcb

1000为输入数据，如此生成的pcb文件结果为1个pixel对应1个mil，长宽对应
点阵大小，如此，只要生成相应标示、文字、图标的单色bmp图片，就可以生
成相应大小的pcb图，生成自己特色的pcb板图，与protel99中的汉字功能更
